Kenworth Truck Company launched a new website (www.kenworth.com) that features the latest Kenworth truck technology and The World’s Best® trucks.
“Our new website features a more interactive design that includes integrated videos and information about Kenworth trucks, advanced technology, vehicle options, Kenworth dealers, and more,” says Laura Bloch, Kenworth assistant general manager for sales and marketing. “The redesigned homepage features a video and information on our new Kenworth T680 Next Generation truck. The website is easy to use and is designed to be a helpful resource for customers to learn more about Kenworth products and services.”
THE NEW WEBSITE
The Kenworth website offers major sections on Trucks and Innovation (Kenworth truck technology), as well as Dealers, Parts & Services, and Resources. The Trucks section offers information on Kenworth’s family of heavy-duty, medium-duty, and battery-electric vehicles that serve a range of applications. This includes Class 8 C500, T680 Next Generation, T680, T680E, T880, W990, K270 Class 6, and K370 Class 7 cabovers. It also includes electric-powered options for both models and the T270 Class 6 and T370 Class 7 conventionals. Downloadable brochures are also available from the website.
Further, an informative “Kenworth T680 Next Generation Product Development” video highlights the new Kenworth T680 Next Generation. The video shows the T680 in action, a behind-the-scenes look at development, and more details about Kenworth’s most aerodynamic truck.
The Innovation tab—a new addition to the Kenworth website—offers links to a variety of technology options. These options include a zero emissions page featuring the latest information regarding Kenworth’s zero emissions truck models. Additionally, the PACCAR Powertrain Technology page provides Kenworth customers information and a video on how PACCAR designs its powertrain products to optimize performance and efficiencies for Kenworth trucks. The PACCAR MX-11 and MX-13 engines offer fuel efficiency, high reliability and durability, lightweight design, and low cost of ownership.
