Fleetio, a fleet maintenance software provider, announced Interstate Truck Center as the first national mobile service provider added to its Maintenance Shop Integration. Fleetio customers will be able to take advantage of Interstate Truck Center’s roadside repair and diagnostic services.
From emergency repair services to preventive maintenance, Interstate Truck Center’s mobile mechanics provide solutions for maintenance needs, keeping fleets moving. With the integration, mutual customers can automatically import completed repair orders with detailed service information into Fleetio. This reduces downtime as well as eliminates manual data entry and provides better insight into maintenance costs and trends.
Additionally, along with Interstate Truck Center’s services, customers using Fleetio’s Maintenance Shop Integration can benefit from electronic repair approvals. They can also benefit from automated data entry for all service transactions and consolidated billing. Further, Fleetio’s Maintenance Provider Network includes over 50,000 national and independent maintenance shops in the United States.
“We are proud to be Fleetio’s first national mobile service provider and are ready to assist Fleetio customers with their emergency maintenance,” says David Key, senior sales executive at Interstate Truck Center. “Our knowledgeable, professional technicians are available 24/7 to provide excellent service, ensuring an efficient repair cycle.”
Meghan Saunders, partner marketing manager at Fleetio, says the company aims to provide new offerings that benefit Fleetio customers. She says adding Interstate Truck Center as Fleetio’s first national mobile service provider is a huge step in assisting customers.
