HINGED SCREW CAP COVE
Trim-Lok Hinged Screw Cap Cover come in multiple sizes and profiles, with the main variants being the belt rail trim and corner trim. Trim-Lok can consolidate multiple components into one single plastic extruded profile. Traditional aluminum belt rails with inserts, require separate base pieces, sealants, and vinyl cover inserts, here they are all integrated into a single part to streamline the installation process with an all-plastic, one-piece design. Also, the belt rail screw cap cover also acts as a wire chase for smaller gauge 12V wires. Finally, by attaching it to the wall and running wires through the channel, users can conceal wiring, eliminating the need for more complex wall installations.

The POWERSTATE brushless motor delivers up to 1,200 foot/pounds of fastening torque and 1,600 ft/lbs of nut-busting torque when paired with the M18 Redlithium Forge batteries, and it has a compact size at 7.6″ in length. The patented battery isolation system provides a secure battery connection and controls vibration transmitted to the pack. Four-mode Drive Control offers precision with a range of pre-set RPM and IPM levels, selectable from a single button on the tool. By selecting mode four, auto shut-off control applies no more than 50 ft/lbs of torque for hand-tight fastening applications to prevent overtightening.
