Mclaren Doors Launches New Streamline 2-inch Insulated Reinforced Intermediate Panel

A REVOLUTION IN ROLL-UP TRUCK DOOR DESIGN

MCLAREN DOORS announced the launch of its new reinforced intermediate panel for the Streamline 2-inch Insulated roll-up truck door. The reinforced panel is a completely extruded 1/8-inch thick aluminum panel with an exterior PVC fascia. The addition of the intermediate aluminum extrusion will provide additional reinforcement and further increase the rigidity of the door.

The Streamline 2-inch Insulated roll-up door is a PVC roll-up door with patented no external hinge panels with aluminum reinforcements. The strategically placed reinforcements provide support for the built-in hinges while protecting against door sag and increasing rigidity. By using these PVC lightweight materials, the Streamline doors average of 25% lighter than the standard reefer door. McLaren engineered the panels to prevent water penetration and debris from falling through the cracks during door operation, thereby preventing cargo contamination.

The Streamline insulated door uses an eco-friendly polyurethane foam that adheres to the US EPA SNAP program. Rubber-sealed panel ends help prevent water absorption that increases door weight and decreases thermal efficiency over time. The doors are lightweight, do not rust, rot, or delaminate and do not require painting. McLaren produces its doors using quality stainless steel and aluminum hardware. The door kits also include heavy-duty 2-inch nylon roller with sealed stainless steel 6200Z bearing rollers with a 4-inch  stainless-steel shank that do not require greasing and stainless steel mono-bolts.
