Mike Albert, one of the fastest-growing mobility companies in the nation, receives an award from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business Goering Center for Family and Private Business.
The award recognizes successful family- and privately-owned businesses that have adopted best business practices while contributing to greater Cincinnati’s economic and community growth. This year, 10 local companies were recognized along with a highly-engaged volunteer, a rising leader, and a Hall of Fame Family business.
“Each year, the Goering Center recognizes companies that represent the ideals of the Center and what we know to be the qualities of great organizations,” says Carol Butler, president of the Goering Center. “Our annual awards provide businesses with a unique opportunity to showcase their successes and the impact they are making in our community.”
“Contributing to the growth and vitality of our community is paramount to us,” says Marty Kuhn, president of Mike Albert. “Our heritage and history as a family company is part of our core identity, and we’re proud that the Goering Center is recognizing that. When I think about the Goering Center and the 10 best practices they navigate when deciding who will win awards, they’re very similar to what we do at Mike Albert. It reaffirms that our balanced focus on making the right investments in people, technology, and systems continue to drive value in our community.”
