Reading Truck Group acquired Semi Service, Inc., a distributor and upfitter of work truck equipment, installation, service, and repair. With locations in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Caldwell, Idaho, the acquisition expands Reading’s footprint into the west. It also positions Reading for further growth.

Additionally, the acquisition of Semi Service, Inc. increases Reading’s products and services while complementing the business units owned by J.B. Poindexter & Co.
Established in 1972, Semi Service serves 11 western states in truck equipment as well as snow control and CNG conversions.
