Stertil-Koni announced a five-year extension of its General Services Administration (GSA) contract for Vehicle Material Handling Equipment.
The contract is effective through 2025 and includes Stertil-Koni’s portfolio of heavy-duty lifts, related accessories, as well as shop equipment.
What’s more, GSA’s selection of Stertil-Koni aligns with its stated mission and strategic goals; one of which is to: “Establish GSA as the premier provider of efficient and effective acquisition solutions across the federal government.”
GSA further notes that the organization “…will lead acquisition and procurement strategies that help agencies access inventive and effective commercial solutions, make it easier to do business with government, and use our buying power to drive cost savings.”
STERTIL-KONI LIFTS
Stertil-Koni embraces this mission by delivering lifting systems regarded for their power, safety, durability, as well as efficiency.
Notes Dr. Jean DellAmore, president of Stertil-Koni, “All of our heavy duty vehicle lifts—including Mobile Column Lifts, which are particularly suited for Department of Defense applications—feature state-of-the-art hydraulic technology, are manufactured with high quality, high tensile DOMEX steel for maximum strength, and deliver fast lifting and lowering.”
“What’s more,” he continues, “our Mobile Column Lifts have a mechanical locking system for added safety that starts at just 5 inches above floor height and continues up the entire length of the lift every 1 3/8th inches.”
Furthermore, from a historical perspective, the company has a well-established track record with the US government. Stertil-Koni vehicle lifts have been in use at multiple US Department of Defense locations domestically and abroad for years, including:
- Fort Bragg
- Camp LeJeune
- Quantico
- Red River (MRAP University)
- National Guard Bases Nationwide
“In sum,” DellAmore concludes, “Stertil-Koni is honored to receive this extension from the GSA. Our mission remains to fully support the federal government and, in particular, the Department of Defense, to deliver the very highest quality heavy duty vehicle lifting systems—and related technical service and support—available anywhere.”
