VMAC has earned the Great Place To Work Canada® Certification for the fourth year in a row. The certification is based on the confidential responses from VMAC’s coworkers in a Trust Index© Survey.
For over 30 years, Great Place To Work has been an authority in recognizing and certifying high-trust, high-performing organizations. To become Great Place To Work certified, the organization’s coworkers complete a confidential survey. The survey requires at least seven of 10 coworkers to agree that the organization is a positive work environment. Then management completes a Culture Brief© questionnaire detailing what makes their organization a great place to work.
