Arconic launches the new SPECFinder™ online tool for Alcoa® aluminum truck wheels, making wheel shopping simple. It is often challenging for fleet owners/operators and dealers to determine the specific wheel for their needs, because each OEM has its own system and identification codes. SPECFinder users can select parameters—such as the brand of truck, axle type, wheel size, and desired finish—to hone in on the wheels they need. With hundreds of variables involved in specifying a work truck, this new online tool makes the wheel-buying portion of the process a whole lot easier.

VOYOGER CVFPS16 FRONT SENSOR SYSTEM ALERTS DRIVERS TO OBJECTS AHEAD
ASA Electronics knows that bigger is not always better when it comes to front-end visibility in commercial vehicles. So the company created the Voyager CVFPS16 Front Sensor System to help drivers know when they are approaching objects that might not otherwise be visible. The system comes equipped with an IPX6 waterproof camera, and four sensors for placement on vehicle’s front bumper. The Front Sensor System provides a 3-ft zone in which it detects objects the truck is approaching. When an object is detected, the camera triggers on automatically and transmits a video image of the object. Audible warnings become more frequent as the vehicle gets close. The CVFPS16 will “plug ‘n’ play” with virtually any Voyager camera system.
