The silver anniversary of North America’s largest work truck event, Work Truck Week 2025 is set to take place March 4 to 7, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. This year it will once again include The Work Truck Show, Green Truck Summit, NTEA Annual Meeting, a ride and drive, educational program, and much more.

“Much like the industry it serves, Work Truck Week is constantly adapting,” says Steve Carey, president and CEO, NTEA. “We maintain the elements at the core of its success, like a packed exhibit hall, relevant educational sessions and unbeatable opportunities to connect with other industry professionals, while adjusting other pieces and integrating new features to deliver the information and experiences our attendees and exhibitors need to energize their operations.”

WORK TRUCK SHOW

GREEN TRUCK SUMMIT

Green Truck Summit, NTEA’s full-day advanced vehicle and fuel technology conference on March 4, provides information, solutions and resources in support of the work truck industry’s drive toward achieving greater sustainability, productivity and efficiency. Experts lead intensive sessions on applied and emerging technology within the commercial vehicle market.

EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS

The educational program runs March 4 to 6 and includes a range of special sessions and breakout sessions to help companies plan and enhance operational growth. Key topics address market data and industry trends, vehicle engineering and compliance, government regulations, workforce development, fleet management, and vehicle propulsion and sustainability solutions. In all, 15 commercial vehicle OEMs, including three EV manufacturers, share vehicle changes and upfitting solutions during the exclusive Chassis Updates.

“Education is one of the core pillars of Work Truck Week,” says Jennifer Mitchell, senior director of content development, NTEA. “We have sessions for fleet managers, vehicle upfitters, truck dealers and other industry professionals with a wide range of experience, from those just starting out to seasoned veterans.”
